#### Transport Allocation Formula:
```javascript
product_transport = (product_total_weight / total_weight) × total_transport_cost

Example:
- Total transport: 500 RON
- Total weight: 100 kg
- Product A: 20 kg → gets 100 RON transport
- Product B: 30 kg → gets 150 RON transport
- Product C: 50 kg → gets 250 RON transport
```

### 3. **Package Constraints System**
Added fields to enforce minimum order quantities and package sizes:

#### Database Fields:
- `min_order_quantity` - Minimum units customer must order
- `package_size` - Size of package (e.g., 4 kg, 40 pieces)
- `package_unit` - Unit type for package (Kg/Pcs)

#### Examples:

## 🎯 How to Use

### Using the New Cost Calculator:

1. **Login as Admin**
   ```

2. **Go to Cost Calculator Tab**

3. **Enter Batch Information**:
   - Batch Name: "March 2024 Import"
   - Total Transport Cost: 500
   - Transport Currency: RON
   - Processing Cost: 2.5 RON/kg

4. **Add Products** (Excel-style):
   - Click "Add 10 Rows" to get empty rows
   - OR click "Load Existing Products"
   - OR copy/paste from Excel directly into grid

5. **Fill in Product Data**:
   ```

### 1. **Customer Portal Package Constraints**
Need to add validation in customer portal to enforce:
- Minimum order quantities
- Package size multiples
- Show package info to customers

## 🐛 Known Issues

1. **PDF-Parse Import** - Fixed in routes/bulk-import.js
2. **Port 3000 Conflicts** - May need to kill old processes manually
3. **Old Calculator Code** - Still in admin.js (lines 239-438) - can be removed

   - Add 3 products with different weights

   - Verify allocation proportional to weight

2. **Test EUR→RON Conversion**:
   - Add product with €10 purchase cost
   - Should convert to ~49.70 RON
   - Final price should be in RON

3. **Test Package Constraints**:
   - Set min order qty to 40
   - Try ordering 30 units (should fail)
   - Try ordering 40 units (should work)

4. **Test Excel Paste**:
   - Copy 5 rows from Excel
   - Paste into calculator grid
   - Verify all data imported correctly
